Bad placement of rooms for family booking 2 rooms

Nice older lady checked us in. I booked 2 rooms for my family with expectation that theyd put us next to each other. I dont know what logic she has but she put us in 1 room on left wing and gave us another room at the end of the wing. Btw, 1 of the bathroom have a trickling shower which caused my kids to skip mornjng shower due to having to catch early morning ferry.

Thank you very much for your stay at our hotel. The rooms you selected were for people with mobility issues and we don't have any other rooms with twin beds like the one you selected. There are only two in our hotel. for this reason there is no possibility of being side by side. when you require side by side rooms, it would be good to contact the hotel for information on available room types. Regarding the shower flow issue, as you may have noticed, the shower phone was damaged and replaced immediately. We are available 24 hours a day, a day to assist you immediately and you can contact the hotel reception directly for any questions or information you may have during your stay or whenever you wish.

Early morning ferry crossing to Zakynthos

Geat location if you are catching an early morning ferry, very clean and tidy, suited us down to the ground for early ferry they do breakfast, but we had to catch the ferry befre it was served

Breakfast was not very good, despite having a lot of choices. The food did not look fresh and the coffee was undrinkable.

They are made daily by us. As far as coffee is concerned, it is a matter of taste, some prefer light and others heavy coffee.If you wish, we would like you to contact us and tell us your opinion in detail so that we can improve.

Closeness to the Port n cafe bar for morning coffee plus restaurant/bar. Hotel staff were amazing n friendly.

Unico punto forte della struttura è la sua posizione. Si trova esattamente di fronte il porto di Kyllini. Quindi la consigliamo esclusivamente come punto di appoggio per una successiva partenza dal porto. Bisogna però avere un forte senso di adattamento a tutto il resto, poiché la pulizia e la struttura sono molto molto scarsi.
