Den nye ägaren är trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet jag bott i vid två tillfällen är trevligt, rent och bekvämt. Däremot var varken toalett eller badrum städade på förmodligen flera dagar: papperskorgar var fulla och tvättställena var båda smutsiga med bl.a intorkad tandkräm.
