Perfect space for a weeknd visit

Quiet and convenient

Nice condo
Posted Mar. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayOverall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again.

Ann Arbor stay
Posted Mar. 13, 2024 on HomeAwayLocation was convenient to seeing a show downtown. Easy to find. Nice/easy parking. Unit was very clean. Provided coffee and creamer which was awesome. No TV in bedroom (which I'm sure is in the listing) just would be nice to be able to be in bed and watch a show.. but only there 1 night.. no big deal. Our biggest gripe was that the bedroom windows are facing the parking lot and the parking lot lights were SOOO bright it lit the room up all night long. I am sensitive to sleeping with lights on and it was very hard to sleep with the lights coming in. Suggestion to owner would be black out curtains...the blinds aren't cutting it. Or for future guests to bring an eye mask if light at night bothers you. It bothered me more than my husband, but we both commented on it several times during the night. However, everything else was great about the place. Id rent it again and just bring an eye mask! Host was nice and checked in before and after check out. Overall nice stay. Thank you.

Perfect location for UofM hospital visits!
Posted Jan. 27, 2024 on HomeAwayThis unit was perfect for our trip to Ann Arbor. The layout was great, the home was cozy, and being wheelchair accessible was absolutely necessary for us. Host was very responsive. Looking forward to visiting again next month.

Cozy apartment
Posted Oct. 30, 2023 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed - including a nice array of snacks upon arrival! The apartment was only a few minutes away from downtown AA with hiking trails nearby. We were in town visiting our U of M son and there was extra parking for him when he came to visit.
