Experience was great until the hotel started doing work on the terrasse next to the pool - had to use a hammer head to break the concrete. Needle to say the noise and dust was unbearable. Ran back to my room and checked out immediately. I understand work has to be done, but by the outside pool in the middle of the summer ??? Not acceptable not to inform customers before hand.

Dear recent guest; Please forgive our dust as we renovate our facility. I truly apologize for the inconvenience to you during your stay with us. We were not informed in advance that a jack hammer was needed and once the project began there was no turning back. Thank you for you comments we will work hard to ensure this does not happen again. Only issue was TV not working for stay.

Room was roomy and very clean. Needing smelled wonderful. Reception clerks we very kind and considerate. Only thing need more sugar & cream for coffee.
