The staff was great and the hotel is clean. They missed on the amenities. The lounge wasn’t stocked and coffee machine needed easy maintenance so it wasn’t available. The retail machines had Starbucks as offers but were empty.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. I would give them highest marks across the board if not for the truly terrible food -- for example, I ordered the squash soup and it tasted like liquid pumpkin pie filling, far too sweet. The waitress noted I didn't eat much of it but didn't offer me a refund. I ordered pizza through room service and it was also disappointing.

The front desk staff were kind, however, overall the hotel wasn’t very comfortable. The room was freezing without a way to adjust the temperature. Towel replacement was questionable and new water bottles weren’t provided the last couple of days.
