Third Bedroom
• 2 x Long Single Beds (can be converted into 1 x King Bed upon request)

Additional Sleeping Options
• 2 x Single Foldaway Beds (available for children)
Guests have the option to place one in the master room and/or the third bedroom, providing extra flexibility for larger families.

House Rules:
Reef is a luxury home located in a quiet, residential area, and by booking this property, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
• Strictly No Parties or large gatherings.
• No Functions/Events or schoolies groups.
• Responsible renters must be 25 years or older. Any guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• No Loud Noise After 10pm.
• No Pets allowed.
• No Smoking or Vaping on the premises.
• Charcoal grills are not allowed there is a family size BBQ on the deck).
• Please leave the home in a tidy condition at the end of your stay.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in additional charges.

Local Management:
The property is managed locally, with a manager residing in Anna Bay. They’ll be available to assist during your stay with any questions or needs you may have.

Good neighbour policy- quiet residential area noise must be turned down by 10pm
Parking- garage, driveway or on street in front of property (not on grass - sprinkler
system)
Pool- Please ensure the pool gate is always closed. Children must be under adult
supervision when in pool. Child responsibility is solely the parent/guardian's while
staying at or visiting Reef.
Parties, functions, weddings, schoolies, excess guest, poor behaviour, or late noise are
not permitted under any circumstance
No pets or animals
No glass in pool - plastic are provided in the kitchen for this reason
No stilettos on deck/stairs as they will dent the flooring
No smoking in or on the property including pool area or garage - we do have smoke
detectors throughout the property and a fee will be issued if smoking is registered.
No BYO charcoal BBQ or fire pits of any kind
