Charming Downtown 3rd Floor 1 Bedroom Apt

Perfect location for all that downtown Annapolis offers. Located right across from USNA gate 2. Super convenient, park your car and walk everywhere! Lots of daytime shopping, restaurants, tours, cruises and nightlife. The apt is located on the 3rd floor. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. There is a large living room space with a full pull out couch, tv and dining table. The bedroom has a queen bed with a tv. There is a small full kitchen and updated bathroom.

Perfect Little Getaway Nook

We needed to be close to the Naval Academy and love historic Annapolis so this property was just perfect for us! It was just the right amount of space for a couple who likes to have a kitchen, but still wants to be close to all the great downtown locations. We are looking forward to many rebookings!

Great location! Everything is within walkable distance. Directly across the street from the Naval Academy. Very small kitchen, comfortable bed and the living/dinning area were nice. My biggest complaint is in the discrimination it states “parking on site”, it isn’t. Only after renting were we told that parking in front of the unit was limited to two hours and that we would need to utilize public parking. This will add more a day to your stay. I think the parking description should be changed to be more accurate.

The apartment is one of three in a beautiful, period house in the heart of Annapolis. It is within walking distance to USNA and all the best restaurants and shops of Annapolis. Easy check-in and great communications from owner. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location!

We loved our Spring weekend in Annapolis at this very cute spot! The apartment has everything you need and was very comfortable. The location couldn't be more convenient - 5 minute walk to all of the restaurants and fun. Looking forward to coming back soon!
