Rooms were a little dated but clean and comfy. Staff was wonderful, all very friendly and helpful. We had a shower issue the day we were checking out, maintenance was at the room within minutes of calling, said it couldn’t be fixed right then (it was a pipe), but yes behaving a few minutes. 5 minutes later housekeeping came to the door with the key to the room a couple doors down so we could all shower before our trip home! Great service, restaurant was good, quiet at night.

Worst stay ever. 1) I paid before during booking, still had to wait an hour to get my rooms, because for somehow they can’t find my reservation. 2) the room wasn’t getting any warmer even after 2 hours. Then we notice it leaking from the vent. The carpet is all wet and moldy. 3) they changed my room right away after complaining, which is good, but my daughter who was already sick got more sicker. Had to switch rooms with 4 kids at 2am. 3) the hotel gave us vouchers for breakfast. We go the restaurant , and get treated like some beggars from the street. We went to the restaurant 10:30 still they Made us wait for 15 mins and when it was 11pm: never let us enter to the buffet area.
