In a sought-after residential area, discover this beautiful, perfectly maintained Basque-style villa divided into two apartments. Upstairs, a three-bedroom apartment of approximately 90 m² awaits you, offering three bedrooms and sleeping six, as well as a terrace.
The entrance hall, equipped with ample storage, leads to a welcoming, west-facing living room with a television, a sofa, two armchairs, and a fireplace insert. A hallway leads to a first, large, north-facing bedroom, furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The toilet is separate and has a washbasin. The second bedroom, without windows, offers two single beds (90 cm). The third bedroom, accessible from the second bedroom or the terrace, also includes a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom is accessible from either the first or second bedroom. The large, fully renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a water dispenser, a conventional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a 6-burner gas stovetop, allowing for on-site dining.
At the rear of the villa, a south-facing, furnished terrace of approximately 11 m² offers a pleasant view of the surrounding greenery. The apartment is accessible via about ten steps. Parking is guaranteed for one vehicle in front of the villa gate, with free spaces available on the street.
This spacious and well-equipped house enjoys an ideal location: just 400 m from the beach, 350 m from a grocery store, and a 10-minute walk from the town center (Monoprix).
