The only thing we would say needs attention is the mattress on the pullout. It has lots of old stains on it, but otherwise everything was very nice! Overall- it was a good experience!

Housekeeping ignored my room and only made up my bed 1 day out of 5. Front desk staff were unavailable when I checked out early and never even answered the bell. Housekeeper actually removed dirty towels one day without replacing them and left bed unmade.

This is my go to place when I’m in and out of Asheville airport. Yes, it is not the high-end hotels, but the management and staff do everything King to make this a convenient, satisfying, and pleasurable stay. The general manager is a lovely person. It’s a very busy hotel and often difficult to get a late check out which is sometimes difficult for me because I have late flight hours the next day, but I still consider this my go to place when I am in and out of Asheville.

This place is in a great location and more affordable than a lot of Asheville. The room was very clean and the staff were great. Just know that it is very dated, and the walls are paper thin.

Absolutely the worst hotel as far as cleanliness. The rooms were disgusting and the bathroom floors were so nasty . It looked as if the bathroom floors hadn't been cleaned in months and the corners were full of pubic hair and other substances.

We stayed at this property because of an early morning flight out of AVL the next day and it offers offsite long term parking for a fee and a shuttle to/from the airport.
