Great location
Posted Oct. 12, 2020 on HotelsThe biggest plus is that’s in a an excellent location near the cathedral area. Relatively cheap but room rather run down, we stayed in 106. Very basic breakfast included and the staff very helpful and friendly. Parking is offered but €16 per day !

Hotel needs some TLC, but for the price, location and the fact it was a one night stay it was clean and more than adequate.

Noisy room, poor WiFi
Posted Jan. 7, 2020 on HotelsMy room was above a door that was slammed REALLY F***ING HARD every 30 seconds or so, well into the night. The WiFi was intermittent. Ten years ago that was forgivable. Nice people in reception, but what I want from a hotel room is quiet, and WiFi, and this hotel had neither of any quality.

The front desk staff were friendly, but they could not help me with simple things like making the thermostat work. So the room was too hot—as in awfully hot and humid due to lack of air movement.
I just as in five cities over three weeks and commutation was never as hard as here—and many of my stays were with folks who didn’t speak American English.

Posted Apr. 26, 2019 on HotelsThe staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, only comments would be there is a little water damage on the ceiling (no problem but detracts a little) there is no clip in the shower so you have to hold the shower faucet up yourself and the AC was not working, it was not hot, but pretty stuffy in the room.

The Check-out Time and Breakfast Hours Are Great
Posted Jan. 5, 2019 on HotelsOverall it was rather comfortable but when we checked out, there was a mixup and the reception staff thought we didn't pay although we already paid. He had to call his colleague to confirm. Everything was sorted out in the end but just a confusion in the process.
