This was a great stopover hotel en route to the Alps from London. Easy walk into town to enjoy the Christmas market, comfortable room and parking right next door. Great breakfast too.

excellent value with adjacent parking and within 200 yards of city centre. good breakfast with many choices and helpful people. would stay again. thank you.

We stayed here for one night on a return to Calais. The hotel was lovely, super clean and modern. Easily walkable to Arras grand place where we walked for dinner. The hotel is on a busy roundabout, which was noisy with the window open, though couldn’t be heard when closed. We did find the AC didn’t work very well so was warm in the room. Otherwise great stay

The hotel is in a good location and is clean and pleasant. If you advertise that your reception staff can speak a language then you also need to ensure the staff are happy to do so.
