Wonderful panoramic villa in Porto Cervo center, privacy and relaxation in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, it enjoys a magnificent and spectacular panorama over the Gulf of Pevero up to the majestic island of Tavolara.

This magnificent villa is located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda and is located in the highest part of the main hill of Porto Cervo, 5 min. on foot and 2 min. by car from the center.
So you can stay away from the movement and noise of tourists and enjoy absolute relaxation, while being able to walk to the luxurious shop windows, the refined bars and the largest and most exclusive yachts in the world. By car, however, you can easily get to the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda: the Grande Pevero, Liscia Ruja, Romazzino, Cala di Volpe, Spiaggia del Principe, Capriccioli, Baja Sardinia, etc ...

the villa is surrounded by a 2,500 mÂČ garden, has a swimming pool with solarium, an outdoor dining area, a patio where the swimming pool extends, from verandas and terraces.

The entire property consists of a main body plus two outbuildings
and is mainly furnished in Sardinian style.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay in Porto Cervo. Maurizio has updated much of the house and furniture so it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. The check-in process was very smooth and he was very responsive throughout our stay. Beautiful home only a few minutes from Porto Cervo and convenient to many beaches and restaurants. The unique setup of having a main house with two apartments each equipped with their own kitchen and living room spaces made it very comfortable for our group of three families. We hope to visit again!

Fantastisk villa med storslagen utsikt!

Vi var 13 personer, 8 vuxna och 5 barn, som bodde en vecka i det hÀr huset. Allt var minst lika bra som i annonsen - stora gemensamma ytor, frÀscht och gott om sovplatser och tillhamrande badrum. VÀrden, Maurizio, var lÀtt att kommunicera med bÄde inför och under vÄr vistelse. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera det hÀr boendet!

Beautiful villa in Porto Cervo

The property is nicer than the pictures. There are 8 bedrooms with full or queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms, which is great for larger groups that want privacy. Pros: Location, Views, Indoor/Outdoor Space, Cleanliness, Separate AC in every room, Host stocked the house with groceries at check-in upon our request Cons: Wifi is bad an insufficient for Zoom or video streaming, paying for utilities in cash after the stay is annoying and adds stress, beds are very firm, pool towels cost extra Overall it was an incredible property that the pictures don't do justice. I would highly recommend to other large groups as there's comfortable room for 16 if everyone is comfortable sharing a bed.

Fabulous and large property at the top of the hill above Porto cervo. Beautiful views and ambiance yet close enough for us to walk down the hill to the village. We had a wonderful group vacation for four families at this property. The property has a main house with four generous bedrooms and a great kitchen and communal space and the other four bedrooms are in two immediately connected separate two bedroom apartments with their own kitchens and washing machines. The spaces are all generous and comfortable. The kids loved the pool!

Beautiful Villa

Maurizio's villa in Porto Cervo is absolutely stunning. The villa is decorated beautifully and it's clear that there has been a lot of thought and care put into the property. Additionally, the property has the rare combination of a breathtaking view while still being close to town. Maurizio is incredibly kind and easy to work with; we hope to return soon!

Awesome villa, amazing views

The property is exactly as outlined on the site, and more. The views are simply amazing. The villa is designed to allow friends and families to come together around common areas - the big main kitchen, the pool area, the backyard - while maintaining some separation and independence via separate entrances and kitchens to each part of the villa. Mauritzio and Lorena were perfect hosts and helped us figure out things to do with the family in Porto Cervo. We had the perfect family reunion at this villa, and hope to return in the future.
