This is our second stay at this hotel! It is super convenient to Biltmore and restaurants. The suite was perfect for us and was very clean! Will definitely stay again! Desk staff was very friendly and don’t skip out on the yummy cookies!

Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind.

Our AC in room 512 was not working properly. The sanitiser in the fitness room was dry and question if it has not been replaced. Aging of the building in general was showing and needs some updates. Room was clean and would have been a better stay if the AC worked.

The room was dated - scuff marks on the door, carpet was dingy, had that “older hotel” smell - but it was nice and clean. Very quiet for being on a busy road. We were there for a pickleball tournament, so we didn’t do any of the typical Asheville things - shopping/Biltmore. Traffic was constant, but I suppose that’s normal for a tourist town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Jacuzzi tub was very nice. Bathroom was large. We did have to ask for more towels, but they were out from the area at the front desk, so we just took pool towels. Pool was nice. Hot tub was very hot. Didn’t use the fitness room, but it seemed very nice with newer machines.
