Love the fact the facility was clean and they had nut free cookies for people with allergies.

Wonderful 2 night day with children. Pool was warm, clean and wonderful. Hotel and grounds were clean and lovely full of history. The village was nearby for walking. Would recommend!

1. Check-in should be at 3pm, but room wasn’t ready. Had to wait for an extra hour.
2. Check-out at 11, but they came at 8.30 to clean a room. Disturbed.

Very convenient, easy walking distance to Biltmore village shops and restaurants. 5 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Great stay overall.
