Our visit was delightfully clean and crisp. Fresh smells and clean room with exceptional staff greeting us. We were not there long enough to enjoy the pool though it looked clean & welcoming.

Asked for a turndown of the beds and nothing happened. Stayed 3 nights and it was fine besides the refusal of turning down our beds.

Disappointing stay

Hotel is located close to interstate. Our room was on the interstate side. So room was noisy. Breakfast is not included in the price. TV has limited number of channels. Overall stay was disappointing. Also there was no mention of Hilton Honers membership.

After reviewing your feedback, I see that we failed to provide an outstanding experience for you while you were here. I sincerely apologize that we fell short during your stay. Unfortunately, when you booked the reservation the Hilton Honors information was not attached where it was booked through a third party source. Honors was then added once checked in, and apologize for any confusion. We do have breakfast included rates for Hilton Garden Inns, and it does show that you choose a rate without breakfast. Hilton Garden Inns do not offer a free breakfast, and offers a full cooked to order menu unlike other brands. Anytime you are not happy with a room, please reach out to the desk so they can try to make it right for you while you are here. I know your time is valuable and I sincerely appreciate your feedback so that we may use that information to improve.
