Accommodations we deplorable. 15 minutes into our stay, we had 3 different people knocking at our door asking for money/substances. We immediately gathered our luggage and left. Oir complete stay was about 25 minutes.

The entire facility was terrible and not up to even a Red Roof standard. There were vagrants and transients loitering in the stairwells, outside in the parking lot and near the elevator, and trash overflowing in the exterior trash cans. The room was drafty due to space under the door. There was a leak in the sink and a bucket underneath to catch the water. The mattress on the bed was sunken and I felt the springs. The smoke detector was missing, the toilet seat in the bathroom was loose, and the tv remote didn’t work. It was a miserable stay with very little sleep and I didn’t feel safe. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

This place is an absolute dump . We didn’t feel safe . The door lock was broken . There were holes in the walls . Holes in the sheets , cigarette burns and it was filthy . The floor was dirty and the shower was nasty . We ask for a refund but so far none has been given .

Too many homeless people milling around the parking lot and on the stairways. The room smelled odd, there was no hair dryer or cups for water. The bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned. The comforter under the bed cover was dirty and looked like it had never been washed. Definitely unimpressed and I will not recommend this hotel.

It was disguising. I did not get a chance to take a photo as i left pretty much as soon as i entered the room. My mistake. There were yellow stains on the pillow and blood stains on the sheets. My room number was 111

This hotel is sketchy. No smoking signs everywhere but there are people smoking right outside the doors, staff is smoking, place smells weird. Wife is sensitive to cigarettes and it said online no smoking facility. Was only there for 10 minutes and they only refunded us one of the two nights.

My bad had burnt marks and smell like smoke, the walls had holes, there was a person smoking in front on my room door and people outside in the parking lot look like homeless all around the building very unsafe.

Do not stay here I repeat… do not stay here. I tried to stay here for a wedding in Asheville I was attending. This was an awful experience the front desk person would disappear for extended periods of time leaving no one to tend to you when you need it. Room maid service “cleaned” my room and left my door wide open. The room smelled so so bad that it literally left a scent on my clothing. People are literally literally doing drugs outside hard drugs. Not to mention the sheets the shower and everything in the room was disgusting. I am requesting a full refund and I had to leave after just one night. It is actually terrifying trust me.. unless you are a junkie or something else DO NOT STAY HERE it is dangerous

The staff were wonderful! The hard part was that our neighbors hung outside their room during the day and all night. People knocked on our door and their door. If you are going to stay here, do not stay on the first floor near the cars.
