The initial impression upon first arrival was mediocre. For the price, I was expecting the outside to be a bit more put together. There was obvious growth on the side of the building that needed pressure washed to keep an appetising appearance. Check in went smoothly, I had received an email from Marriott to link the stay to my Bonvoy account. When I arrived, they simply needed to check ID, everything else had been taken care of ahead of time through early check in via the Bonvoy app. The lady working at the front desk was very kind and informative. Staff was excellent, the room was clean, I just had two issues, the carpet at the doorway was all ripped up, the second issue when pulling into the place it looks like there's zero maintenance being done on the building.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. My absolute favorite is the comfortable beds. I know Im going to get a good night's sleep! I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the property. And I can honestly say, I never eat the complimentary breakfast other hotels provide. But when I stay here, I look forward to waking up to a wonderful start to my day!

Unwelcome wake up

My stay would have been 5 star except for 1 deal breaker which ruined it all. People need a hotel room for one primary reason - sleep! Check out time is 12:00 pm. So at 8:30 am - 3.5 hours before checkout - WHY ON EARTH is housekeeping walking up and down every hallway banging on each door (except those with Do Not Disturb) yelling, "Good Morning! Housekeeping!" Every single door. The loud banging and yells of housekeeping and the guests yelling back, "I'm still in here." Every single room. Why? So at the front desk I made a complaint that people need their sleep. That's why they checked into the hotel. Whether they are working, traveling, vacationing, or any other reason. It's just wrong to require guests to wake up at 8:30 when check out is 12:00. The response from the front desk: people get mad all the time but we can still do it unless the do not disturb sign is hanging. Trust me, those people in rooms with their sign hanging were awoken just the same as everyone else. EXTREMELY POOR quality for any hotel to treat customers this way. I hope everyone else who was awoken and disturbed will make the same complaint so hopefully they will stop this policy. Until then I won't be back and I won't recommend anyone else stay there.
