Premier Downstairs Flat in Perfect Down Town Location

This is a beautiful new 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy with comfortable furniture, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet. This wonderful new first level condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with Sliding doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the North Hills of Ashland. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and smart TV. Second room has queen bed with smart tv. The third room has a twin trundel bed and smart tv. This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival. With tons of boutiques, both local and well-known stores, antiques, parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Ashland . The house is just blocks away from a convenient health conscious Co-op grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. Close to public transit makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

Great location - walking distance to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The flat is cleaned the kitchen is stocked with more cooking utensils than I have at home. Our host made everything so comfortable. We loved our stay and will be back again.

This lodging was perfect for us! The location was just right, close enough to the theatres to walk but also far enough that we got a little exercise.The beds were comfy, the flat had lots of amenities -- everything we needed.There were a couple minor issues, which I mentioned to the owner -- and a few minutes later, a couple very friendly guys came by and fixed both issues in about five minutes. Next time we're in Ashland, we'd love to stay here again!

Conveniently located downtown within walking distance of the OSF theaters. Close to the Food Coop Grocery, restaurants, shopping district, yet in a quiet side street, This was our 4th year to stay in this flat. We are booking this home for next year.

My family had a wonderful stay. The flat is located in easy walking distance to downtown Ashland, so that we didn't have to drive at all while there. The rooms were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating on the porch at meal times.

This is the third year in a row we have rented this wonderful home. The house fits our needs perfectly. Plenty of space for two couples. We enjoy having morning coffee on the porch and watching the deer saunter down the street. The location is walking distance to the Shakespeare Festival and all of the shops and restaurants.

Host saved the day!

I accidentally left my laptop at the rental and was hundreds of miles away when I realized. The host’s family was kind enough to bring it to a shipper so it could be sent back to me. That was above and beyond, and greatly appreciated! House was comfortable, had everything we needed, and close to all Ashland had to offer.

Vacation rental done right

Very clean throughout, with a small but well appointed kitchen. Loved the 3 outdoor spaces, especially the front porch table and chairs, where the vegetation provided a nice private place to enjoy drinks and conversation. Good quality beds and a thoughtful selection of pillows to serve different tastes. Hoping to return.

Great house in heart of Ashland

Cute little house right in the heart of town. There's access to a washer dryer if you need it, off street parking in the back for 1-2 vehicles plus ample on street parking as well. House is clean, has a full kitchen w dishwasher. Three bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a trundle bed below so it converts into a two twin configuration. All good

Nice cozy house; great location.

Family plus dog stayed here for two nights. Very comfortable. Easy check-in. Off-street parking in the back. Close to downtown Ashland, with easy access to the main road and walkable to the theatres, the park, the main city plaza, etc. Would certainly stay here again.

Nice but Noisy

The property and Manager were easy to deal with. The property was clean and close to town with nice amenities. However, I don’t like to give negative feedback but Warning.. I didn’t see multiple units on the listing or I would have chosen the top unit instead. The tenants above us were up til 1:15 am and then got up at 7 am. We could hear everything even with ear plugs in. I booked a home for the quietness instead of a hotel.

Perfect Location!

This was a beautiful and clean home in a perfect location. So close to downtown and the Shakespeare Festival. The walk was easy, well lite and safe. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend and return!!

Perfectly Pleasant Place

This was Year Three for my high school classmates and I to take a theatre trip to Ashland. This sweet cottage located at the end of the business district is perfectly located for a walk to see shows at the Shakespeare Festival. Two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, AC
and reasonably priced make this our go-to landing. We have selected shows and are planning Year 4.

Reuniting in Ashland

The 3 bedroom house was spacious and comfortable. We loved the table & chairs on the porch! We ate there twice each day. The walk to the theaters was easy. We would definitely stay there again.
