The Fifth Avenue Condos are two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and Lift 1A. This recently remodeled first-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a hidden Murphy bed in the living area and a wood-burning fireplace. This deluxe condominium also features a large, leather wraparound sofa in the living room that can accommodate at least six people. The living room also has a flat-screen TV plus an Audiovox iPod station. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a bar with seating for four. The formal dining area offers seating for at least six. The dining table can be moved to let the Murphy bed come down from the enclosed closet. The primary bedroom features a flat-screen TV, an Audiovox alarm clock/iPod station, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This unit also includes a washer and dryer.
