Sauna out of order, pop machines out of order. 20 min to check in. And it was not busy. Big hotel in a small town. What can ya do

They over booked and we didn’t get the room we reserved. It smelled so bad.

The hot tub wasn’t working, they didn’t let us know before which is why we booked there and when I checked in she said she would speak to massage about providing discount for the 3 rooms I had booked, but they did not.
