NOT cleaned

The room was not cleaned,beds looked slept in, hand prints on the walls, mirrors, and the bathroom a mess, hairs in bed. When we asked for another room, they were full. Asked for a refund, but still have not received. Went to another hotel nearby. Normally trust the Hampton brand, but this is the second stay in a few months that we have had sanitary issues.

For your concerns on the refund as mentioned before the authorization obtained at check in can take 7-10 business days to reflect back on to your credit card. We are sorry again for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we are sorry you had to go to another hotel. Thank you for sharing your experience with me. I have shared your experience with our housekeeping staff in effort to avoid this in the future.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the sheets sounded like Dr office bed paper. There was a high pitched ringing noise all night and morning like a hot water boiler heating up. Didn’t even try the breakfast so can’t comment. The options in this are are slim pickings but I won’t pick this one again.

The beds were not comfortable at all. The water in the shower was not warm and the shower head sprayed the water all over the place. The comforters has stains all over them. The ottoman had a cigarette burn in it and the desk chair had a large black stain on it.

We are a nonsmoking hotel, so we apologize that you found burn marks in our furniture. I also shared your experience with the shower so our maintenance staff can take a look at it. Our first time staying at the hotel and we enjoyed it there. We would definitely stay there again! They are very friendly, the breakfast was good, and most of all the rooms were nice! Highly recommend
