Amazing hotel, staff was very helpful and very friendly, breakfast omelet was cooked for you fresh and it was amazing every time. Would highly recommend.

The property is certainly significantly more dates than the photos. While the staff was nice the noise from the surrounding bars was intolerable. It’s not just background city noise it’s loud pounding music until 4 am . They know this is an issue since they leave you earplugs in your room. After a long international fight and then two nights without sleep I left there completely exhausted.

The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of bars close by which does make it noisy but it’s worth it . Staff were very friendly and helpful and responded to an issue we had with our room very promptly. Thanks Fountain staff we had a great time !

This hotel was amazing. From the staff to the room I have no complaints. Although the outside area may seem sketchy don’t let that fool you as we were out throughout all times of the day and night. There were plenty food options nearby and it’s very close to Monastiraki and the acropolis. While the bars are open late we could not hear the noise from our room and we were able to sleep just fine with no issues.

Staff were super helpful and made us feel welcome. One thing that was not so good was that the breakfast started at 0830 and finished at 11. We were out early every day and so only option was to take a packed lunch that they provided. It worked but we generally eat out when possible.

The room was mediocre. I didn't like the bathroom. I didn't like the shower. Water was everywhere. Near the facebowl and toilet. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Krystal was amazing and accommodating! I just need a better room.

We loved the area. There were tons of places to eat, shop and close to the Acropolis. Staff was wonderful. We were in town way before check-in time and they got our room ready for us early. The only minor issue was there is no staff available between the hours of midnight and 8 a.m. You receive a code to get in and out of the building, but they made sure we had a taxi called for us for our early morning flight. It wasn't a big deal for us. We enjoyed our time there and would stay there again. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The front desk was helpful and understanding. After a long flight, the front desk was able to check us into our room a few hours earlier than excepted. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. All top recommended places for restaurants and site seeing. Thank you to the staff for great service. I would recommend 👌

Best staff at any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. My mom broke her foot 2 days into our vacation and they helped setup medical care and were very accommodating with her crutches and scooter. We had an early morning excursion planned and they had breakfast boxes prepared for us the night before. They setup taxis to and from the airport as well. Hotel itself was very nice and modern and the beds were comfy! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again

I highly recommend this hotel. The best part is the lovely staff who made our stay so enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful with a medical issue that I had, going above and beyond to help. Please choose this hotel if you are staying in Athens!

Absolutely love the friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early from a cruise and they were able to store our luggage until the room was ready. That gave us the opportunity to be luggage free so we could enjoy the city early in the morning before it got busy. Do not skip the lovely breakfast spread in the morning. They can even make a nice omelet for you. Front desk was super helpful reserving a taxi for us the night before. We loved the unique see through floor and the nice cold air conditioning when it got really hot outside. Would 100% stay here again.
