Welcome to The Little Sunflower Carriage House—a private, character-rich retreat tucked behind a historic Old Fourth Ward home. With warm wood beams, vaulted ceilings, and a layout designed for quiet city resets, this detached space blends historic charm, modern essentials, and easy access to Atlanta living. For larger groups, The Bees Knees—its sister property—is also available.

One of the biggest advantages is the BeltLine Eastside Trail, just a short walk away—ideal for walking, biking, or exploring nearby neighborhoods like Inman Park and Poncey-Highland, with direct access to markets, parks, restaurants, and shops.
Scooters and bike-share options like Bird, Lime, and Relay are widely available throughout the area, giving you flexible, car-free ways to get around.

➀ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➀ There is no dishwasher in the kitchenette.
➀ Pets are not allowed.
➀ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➀ Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no unapproved visitors.
➀ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➀ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➀ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm—please keep noise to a minimum.
➀ The home is not suitable for children under 12 due to the layout and design of the space.
➀ The unit is a detached carriage house located behind the main home—please be respectful of shared driveway access and neighbors.
➀ The garage must remain closed when not in use for security purposes.
➀ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

2. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors. We have a noise detector inside the unit that alerts us, and neighbors may contact us with any issues.

3. No parties or events allowed.

4. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. We have a smart smoke detector inside the unit that will alert us. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

6. There can not be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Any violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without a refund. We do have exterior cameras in place to ensure that only registered guests are entering the property. Exemptions may be made for daytime visitors, but they must be approved in advance—please let us know ahead of time if you plan to have any visitors. No unauthorized overnight guests are permitted.

7. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.

8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement.

9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

10. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be charged separately.

11. Pets are not allowed.

12. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

13. For your security and protection the property is equipped with exterior cameras.

14. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

15. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

16. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

17. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
