We had booked a double queen bed room when we arrived they gave us a single bed. When we talked to the employee they refused to give us the room we have booked and proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and that’s not what was in the system even after we showed them our reservation. There was also roaches in the lobby. The employees were rude and unprofessional.

The room was surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel, and very clean. All amenities were as advertised. My license was left at the front desk at check in. Cedric promptly brought to my room avoiding a next day catastrophe trying to get through security. The only thing is parking is at the back of the facility and can be a long walk to the room through a back door. Be sure to unload in the lobby before parking.

I came to ATL for an event and I was so disgusted with the overall appearance of my room I did not sleep in my hotel room. From the photos I revealed the filthy mattress, look like a crime scene, carpet is filthy, housekeeping, needs coaching and development on switching out old towels, vacuum the room, sweep the floor, wipe desk, etc. for wet glass stains from previous guess. Water never got hot for a shower and I Lysol, Clorox clean-up wiped down any and everything I thought I might touch, TV & Internet old and slow. I was chrge at check in $100 for incidents and wanted to charge me $10.00 for parking when Pricelines website said parking included. The room , the mattress and dirty used towels folded to look fresh left me sleeping on a friends couch! The room was not clean and the mattress should be discarded it is not presentable for commercial use. I will not recommend this hotel and I am a BonVoyage Marriott member they will be notified of my hard earned money given to this establishment and I could not sleep in the room after a 11 hour drive to Atlanta. Ps. Front desk gave me fresh towels when I showed him the soiled towel and did not address the issue just handed me a new set of towels. I hope to speak with a manager for a full refund of my $120.00 + $100 incidental hold, $10 for parking.....Wow! Unacceptable Truthfully Speakinking

Front desk staff was rude and not very friendly. TV in the room was broken. Pool was green and unusable. I expected more after reading the reviews and was very disappointed. Next trip to Atlanta we be at another property. Very what they charged, there are much better options just a 10 minute ride North. Look elsewhere.
