Ebony at the front desk was wonderful!! Great personality and was very efficient checking us in. Only complaints would be the rooms and hallways are aged and quality of the rooms, i.e. the towels , bedding, window shade was tattered and torn, etc. were not the quality of any Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Just old. Very average hotel room. Room was clean.

I had one big issue with this property and that's when you check in that there was no space in the parking lot and I had to pay $25 a night to park and walk 5 minutes in the pouring rain. We checked in late at night. The staff explained the parking and to be honest if I would have known that I wouldn't have stayed there because the night we went it was absolutely pouring and I was soaked walking to the parking lot which is at least a good 5 minutes away.. Breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful. There was lots of options for breakfast It was like being in a restaurant.. Nice little swimming pool outside and when we checked in they gave us a bag with some water and pretzels which was really nice.. Aside from the parking it was a nice place to stay

Very convenient stay and I will say my husband enjoyed the breakfast which was free. I do wish they advertised that it is a 100 per night for a extra fee that is temporary but $100 was crazy to me when anywhere else it’s $50 but it was a good hotel we never waited for a elevator and I loved that.

Arriving to the hotel after a long day of traveling and to be told you have to pay for parking was not the best way to start my stay here. With this hotel allowing for pets, I can hear dogs bark outside of my room which is the best if you like to stay awake! I will be looking at other properties next time I visit Atlanta.

Definitely not the 8 plus stars i was expecting

Toilet seat on crooked, such that it slid whenever you sat on it. Toilet was also oddly close to the wall. Bath fixtures loose and very cheap. Lights above bed had broken shades. No cleaning supplies in gym, so equipment never gets wiped down.
