The staff was very nice and friendly. I can't say that the room was totally clean because there were still little dots in the carpets like from a celebration and the freezer was iced over and rusty. We checked in late and could not get washcloths. However, none of this hindered our stay; we made do. Breakfast was great!

Everything was great! My daughter got to enjoy the indoor pool. I didn’t really get in the pool, because the water was too cold for my liking. But my 5 y/o absolutely enjoyed it.

I asked to speak to manager bc I had to be asleep bc I need to leave around 5 am. Noise didn’t quiet down until around 2am so when I did fall asleep I woke up late and missed my engagement. We were given a room without a phone and the toilet didn’t work. We couldn’t call the front desk because there was no phone in the room. We called from our cell phone and got an answering service, not the front desk. We eventually were routed to the front desk. I asked for maintenance to fix the toilet but they never came. We had to go to the front desk and they gave us another room. Then we had to move all our stuff to the new room. It was very stressful and inconvenient. We had somewhere to be and the inconvenience of the check in contributed to us being late. We won’t be staying there again.

The room was cleaned and loved the rooms. Very Quiet the only issue was the dishwasher whoever installed it didn’t put th brackets, the dishwasher falls out when you open the door

This is a very nice hotel the rooms are clean & spacious, the breakfast was hot with many different options just keep in mind parking is $10 a night per vehicle which is cheap but i didn't know that until i got to the hotel. I'll definitely stay again

Customer Service with Ms/Mrs. Clara was very nice and sweet. She made sure my family and I were good to go. Text to check and see if we needed anything.
