Clean, great communication, fun for the whole family, quiet, and great all around. A minor issue is that 2 sets of rooms share Jack-and-Jill bathrooms. So, either you are good at knocking, or you share the bathrooms. But this was a really awesome property.

The house itself is very nice, with enough space to easily host a large group. The location was ideal too, we felt we were close to everything we wanted to in town. A Thanksgiving to remember

When it was suggested by my family that I host Thanksgiving this year the first thing I had to contend with was space..I needed a place large enough for my family to gather comfortably but also enjoy the same comfort as home... To say that Arifur's place was all that and more would be an understatement. We literally didn't want to leave! In fact, we ended up extending our stay a few days. Our host was responsive and accessible. His place is clean and luxurious and we are already planning another visit. I certainly recommend. 5 stars all the way!

Great house and great location!

The house is PERFECT for a large family gathering which is what we had for Easter! Kroger, Walmart and a ton of stores are less than a mile away making it super convenient. The owner was very attentive. Everything worked out fine but the listing did say 6 bedrooms and there's another large room off the master but without a bed it wasn't a bedroom. Absolutely intend to rent again!

Absolutely Gorgeous and Relaxing

My co workers and I stayed on the property. The 3 floors made it spacious enough for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded. Everything was modern and updated. The home was super clean. Third floor balcony was perfect for reading or just enjoying a meal. The pool was super clean, heated with gorgeous led lights and even a waterfall! I travel a lot and this is definitely the best property I have ever stayed at!

Wow! where do I start! Everything about our most recent experience renting this home was amazing & one we will remember for the rest of our life. Arifur is the best host. Extremely Responsive, professional, rational and treated us as if we where an extension of his family simply living in his home. His process makes the renting process simplistic, he offers great referrals ( chef, things to do, etc.) and remained available at all times for us. He’s the perfect host and we left feeling grateful that we found him and hissq home. The home! ... The pictures don’t do it any justice. It’s breathtaking and unmatched, there’s no other property in Atlanta like it. It’s an experience and well worth it. It’s smart, clean, super sizable, beautiful, and convenient.
