They said “breakfast available” and it was, for a high price. Even though the thermostat was set at 72, room was freezing! There was no room card scan at the rear exit, just a broken cinder block!

Photos on line looked really nice. When we arrived there were multiple armed security people. The bed was okay, the pillows were terrible, there weren’t enough linens even though our reservation had four people.

Management needs Chik fil A coaching!!

The Hispanic house keeping manager was extremely helpful and nice. I was told there would be absolutely and insisted there will be no rooms until 3pm by an Indian fellow then there was an young African-American lady along with the house keeping manager that made an arrangement happen where I was in a room by 11am. I had been in the lobby since 6am that morning due to a missed flight. They were very helpful with my questions and concerns as well. There was a lightly balding bug eyed Caucasian manager that came in later that morning, I spoke and he didn’t speak back. While I was in the lobby he asked no questions or even if I had a concern or was ok. Overall experience a 3.

Very comfortable room, close to the Atlanta airport, and offers long-term parking during your out of town trip. Very reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in this hotel more than once. It is a convenient location for those flying or picking someone from the airport. They don't serve free breakfast. Instead, you pay for breakfast (it has a menu). Parking is free (at least for me - frequent Hotel.com user).

Quick and easy airport hotel

Really nice airport hotel. I was able to do a quick refresh, nap, and grab a glass of wine. Check in and check out was easy and convenient and the shuttle was quick and on time. Everything you could want out of an airport hotel really. The WiFi didn’t work though but I was too tired to care.
