Very bad condition of hotel

Very dirty condition, no cleanup a room, noisy&polluted hearer, smelling marijuana in a room and hallway, poor breakfast,

The area didn’t seem safe and I was worried my car would be broken into. didn’t bother with breakfast as not great selection

I originally paid for a king bed but that’s not what I received after checking in to Sonesta (Norcross). The Property was extremely dirty and it reeked a horrible smell of piss and cigarettes. The carpet was stained and the ceiling was falling apart. The towels had strange stains on them and there was hair on the bed linens. I requested a new room which was granted but there was still no difference. I’ve never experienced a hotel stay of this magnitude. I am forever scared from this experience. I planned a vacation that I really wasn’t able to enjoy. I saved money to enjoy a few days in Georgia visiting my best friend since we both were grieving but I now have to grieve this experience and a loss of money through the process smh …DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!
