Room was old and dingy, remote didn’t have a cover and tables were warped, there’s mole buildup on shower curtains .. I only rented to shower cus they turned the water main off in my neighborhood for construction … I would never stay here again .!

Hello Michelle doing my research I noticed your reservation shows up under the name Antwan Ezzard and was for 7 nights. Our system shows you all checked in on Feb 23 and checked out on Mar 1 2024. I do not see where you expressed any concerns about roached. Apparently the room and our service was not as bad as you are staying especially when you stayed 7 nights...!

This place has a very urban external paint job. The rooms come with so many amenities from the fragrance of an abandoned asylum to all sorts of critters who dance upon you while you try to sleep. I highly recommend the uv light package.

Good afternoon Daniel Hicks, it appears that Nicole didnt enjoy her stay, I take it that she has been to an abandoned asylum because I dont know what an asylum smell like. If she had issues with her room she should have brought it to the attention of the front desk agent and we would have made it right for her. Perhaps the Ritz Carlton would have been a better option. Champagne taste with a malt liquor budget. Have a nice day.

This has to be the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in the whole placed smelt like weed and the couch was absolutely disgusting needless to say I won’t be back!

The front doors are supposed to be automatic, but they don't work so you push then open manually. Once inside, I pushed the doorbell but no one showed up. A current guest informed me that the front desk clerk was the only employee on staff, and that they were cleaning up vomit on the second floor. I called the front desk line and the employee answered and came down. She was friendly and reiterated what the guest said. There was no house cleaning staff so she had to do all jobs. The room was in disrepair and the paint was noticeably chipped and cracked over large areas of the room. It was about what I would expect for the price point. I was a little disappointed that the clerk placed me on the second floor so I had to walk by the partially cleaned up vomit, but, other than that, it meet my expectations.

Good afternoon Stephan, we are sorry that you had to over exert yourself opening the door manually and walk past freshly cleaned vomit from another guest. Most hotels do not have housekeeping services around the clock and our front desk staff is trained to clean up any spills or to acommodate the needs and requests of our guest. If you had issues with your room, Im certain that my staff would have accomomodated your request to move to another room. However as you stated " it was what I would expect for the price.point and that we met your expectations". Thats kind of contradictory, wouldnt you say? Champagne taste with a malt liquor wallet. Have a nice day!

This property is horrible it has roaches and please make sure to check underneath the sheets. It was extremely dirty and look like blood stains. They do not wash the sheets. The door knobs did not work. If I could post pictures I would, but it was disgusting I do not recommend anybody staying in this area, it is not safe. I don’t understand how it’s still open and running.

Good morning Keyla, sorry that you didnt enjoy your stay. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily and all blood stained sheets are discarded and not reuesed.If the door locks didnt work, how did you get into your room? Why did you stay in an area thats not safe? We recieved a score of 93 on last health inspection from the tourism board. Have a nice day!
