So this is an independent owned location. When I was there on the day after check in met the property owner. He was a nice enough gentleman very cordial I had met him because he came down to my room in about 12:30 to tell me I needed to leave. We spoke and he understood that I did electrical work and had asked me if I could look at a couple of things for him. Again very nice very gracious person over the course of 3 days or three nights and four days I offered to do some electrical work at which time he said if I needed to stay I could. Again very gracious while I was there over the course of those few days you became a parent to me that this is a fixer upper to say the least and one that should not be in operation right now. I would imagine that there were possibly 60 units of the 60 I do not know if any of them were livable. I was in room 117 and over the course of my stay I provided a new bathroom bedroom bathroom bedroom door lock install the new charge to the property I also developed a horrible case of bug bites. I inquired with other person now that we're staying there / working there as it turns out the majority of the staff daily staff or hourly staff are residents that are unable to pay their cost is mind-boggling to see how that situation is resolved. Long story short I can't even say this place has potential
