When we arrived last night we were very dissatisfied with what we were given we ended up leaving and going to another hotel. We asked for non smoking, we were put in a room that was obviously a smoking room! Bed was covered in burn holes, the bedding was so filthy it looked like someone literally just rolled out that bed and left The room had not been cleaned there was cigarette ash all over the floor and counters. I had my 14 year old son with me and felt very unsafe with the atmosphere that was at the hotel. The min u step out our vehicle all we smell is weed! All we heard was cussing and yelling by the other patrions standing outside their rooms, at 10 pm...we ended up leaving after being there for 10 mins and going to another hotel. I would really like a refund. The guy in the offi e when I brought him back the room 2:30 PM The room had not been cleaned there was cigarette ash all over the floor and counters. The hotel is literally in the ghetto. Look up online the area and you’ll see that it’s in the middle of a gang war zone. (College Park) Many shoot outs and murders in this area, I highly don’t recommend unless your going in to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to these poor souls. May God be with you.

My room had bedbugs. Immediately left and got a hotel elsewhere, cannot bring home bedbugs to my family and pregnant wife.
