Family resort ocean view condo. 1 Master Bedroom with an additional sleeping den with bunk beds. Sleeps 5, best for no more than 4 adults. Boardwalk ramp to beach, indoor pool and outdoor pool with giant slide, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts. 1/4 mile from Fort Macon State Park. Close to great restaurants and local attractions. Gated community. Linens, beach towels, 2 boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, all provided! Beautifully renovated. Elevator and luggage carts available. Kitchen stocked with all essentials including Keurig coffee maker and K-cups for guests. Outdoor gas grills and firepit.

The condo was immaculate and comfortable. We experienced a storm during the four days we were there, so having a nice space to relax while it rained was wonderful. The room had everything we needed with some extras incase we didn’t have everything which was nice. There are several amenities and activities available, especially if you're visiting with kids. Steve the property host, was very attentive and kind. We had some internet issues and he personally came the next day to meet the Spectrum tech who quickly figured out the issue and were in and out in no time. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommended this property.

This was my first ever VRBO experience. We made a quick decision to stay here while my brother had planned his wedding at Atlantic Beach and I can happily say it was a great choice! Especially this very perfect place for my little family! The place was overloaded with amenities, both indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs, the mini golf, being soooo close to the beach, so many more, and the owner was exceptionally great to talk to. He provided us with so much information prior to our trip, during our trip and even before we left. Any questions we had whether it was where something may be or even suggestions to places to eat he responded quickly every time! I would recommend to stay here at Steve's place anytime you visit Atlantic Beach! Very pleased with our stay and if we visit Atlantic Beach again I would highly recommend!

My family of four (two littles) had a great time at Atlantic Beach. We normally rent an entire house but I'm so glad we went with this option of a condo at Place at the Beach. While small, it was very efficiently laid out and had everything we needed. Well decorated and lots of little extras to make it stay easy. The kids loved playing in the pool and using the water slide each day. The beach was easily accessible with several loggerhead turtle nests nearby. We even got to see one nest hatch! Communication was great and we appreciated how simple everything was. We look forward to returning!

We had a great stay! The property was family friendly with a great pool for kids. The condo was perfect for our family of 3. It was comfortable and had everything that we needed, including sand toys! We will likely return here in the future. The property owner was very responsive and kind.

We had a great stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo—perfect for a family vacation! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The balcony view of the ocean was beautiful, and it was just a short, easy walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the whole property felt welcoming and well-maintained. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

condo is small but ok . gallery kitchen is extremely narrow with no work space . don't expect to cook..its ok for prep and fast food. living room is very nice as are bedrooms. master bath fan did not work and was full of old dust and dirt. we told owner and he was going to address the problem. No hairdryer..He was not accommodating about getting one since the last people must have taken it. The property was well kept and very easy access to the beach. Pool was great. They have grills there and plenty of space for family gathering... there were 30 of us and we had lots of room to barbecue on the property.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautiful and well cared for. A place at the beach is a fantastic place to stay with many amenities. I would love to come back and stay here with my adult friends. For full disclosure- I probably wouldnt come to this location with my kids. There is no tv in the room with the bunk beds and the owner requests that no one eat on the bunk beds and children dont eat in the couch. That leaves the small table or the floor. But it is a beautifully decorated and well taken care of condo that i absolutely would come back to with other adults.

Such a wonderful place!

Everything about this place is just wonderful and excellent along with the host. Definitely will be booking again here. The place has so much amenities that we didnt get around to do, but the pool was definitely a big hit with the kids.

This location was perfect for a little early beach getaway. The accommodations are just right for a small group of adults or a young family.I would totally reserve this location again. The condo owner was in full communication the whole time and it met all of our expectations. His expectations were also very clear to us. The checkout process was very easy.
