Come and enjoy The Lighthouse, a 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath Oceanfront cottage that ÂĄs fun for the whole family. Located in the sleepy town of Pine Knoll Shores,The Lighthouse is a great place to stay & enjoy a relaxing vacation. The North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is located just minutes away! Guests have access to the Marina Pool located at 590 Marina Drive and the Westport Pool located at 570 Coral Drive.
Ground Level: Has Two Double Beds and a Full Bath. Elevator to the First Floor!
Level One: Open kitchen and dining area with seating for 6 people. Living Area offers deck access and a spiral staircase to an open overlook. The Den has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and lots of natural light. Bedroom #1 has one King Bed. On this level is also a shared Full Bath.
Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV and Private Oceanfront Deck Access. Bedroom #3 has one Queen Bed and Twin Bed with a TV and DVD Player. Bedroom #4 is perfect for kids with a Twin Bunk Set. There is also a shared Full Bathroom on this level. High Speed Wireless Internet Available!
Amenities include: 6 Smart TVs for access to your favorite streaming apps, 2 DVD players, High Speed Wireless Internet, Private Walkway to the Beach, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Deck Furniture, Screened Porches, outdoor shower, Washer/Dryer.
Guests have access to the Seasonal Community Pools - Marina Pool at 590 Marina Dr and Westport Pool at 570 Coral Dr. Bluewater cannot guarantee availability of community/complex amenities during your stay.
BEACON'S REACH - GUEST RULES AND NOTES:
1. HOA renter information form must be completed prior to arrival.
2. No more than a total of 12 persons, including children, shall be allowed to occupy a rental unit or use of the common areas (pool, beach, etc.) unless approved in advance by the association. Group parties by renters are not permitted.
3. Parking permits or guest passes are required on all vehicles at all times. 4 car limit for parking at this property. Parking of all vehicles shall be on the unitâs driveway, under the unit, or in the garage as appropriate. No vehicles shall be parked on the shoulder of the road. Boats, boat trailers, utility, and other work trailers, unlicensed motor vehicles, jet skis, recreational vehicles, travel trailers, campers, fifth-wheel trailers, all-terrain vehicles, and similar items used on land or water may not be parked on any street within Beaconâs Reach, on a driveway or yard, except in an enclosed garage or other approved parking area within Beaconâs Reach.
4. Noise coming from a rental unit, including noise from televisions, radios and any other audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level as to not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Particular care should be paid to hours before 8am and after 10pm.
5. Trash is to be set out by the road on Sunday night for early pickup Monday morning.
6. Even though you are staying at a Keyless Vacation Rental, you MUST stop by our Atlantic Beach office to pick up your check-in packet with necessary items for your stay.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
