I went with the Ballys tower room because it looked updated from the photo. That was definitely not the case. It was extremely dated and furniture was all beat up.

Ceiling in fitness center was crumbling and falling on the weight racks and floor. Could not get front desk or housekeeping on the phone for 2.5 days. Toilet was gurgling back up. At check out, I explained these things and the staff member didn’t say anything, even along the lines of “Oh I’m sorry to hear that….” The manager was even lacking in the “I’m sorry to hear these things, I’ll make sure to get them taken care of”. He asked why I waited until check out to complain and I reminded him that I tried contacting the desk for 2 days with no success.

Had no real issues with the hotel itself, my issue was with how it was listed on Expedia app. Other rooms specified in the title that they were non-smoking but this room did not say anywhere in the title and i checked the full description multiple times and did not see anything that said the room was non-smoking but when I checked in I was informed that it was a non-smoking room and there were no smoking rooms available.
