Perfect location with great amenities and shops within a SHORT walk:

This classic, one-story cottage includes a living/dining room space, small kitchen, three cozy bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a furnished porch. Two additional storage rooms have cots available.

This is a cute vintage OCNJ home. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the beach. The owner has provided some good options for during the summer months like chairs and bikes and a nice patio with grill. It was also clean. However, because it is an older home there are some safety hazards that need to be addressed and some mold that needs to be fixed to make this ready for paying visitors.
