Everything as expected - great for large groups
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayCame down with a large group of 15 guy to celebrate the end of the fantasy football season and hand out awards. Lots of space, plenty of beds and trundles, towels for everyone (even though we were not expecting those) and even 3 fridges, making food and drink storage plentiful. Right across the street from the beach, close to the casinos, and overall great location. We will likely be back again. Book with confidence.

House had everything we needed. Location is beautiful and loved all the options for parking. It was off season so very quiet area which we enjoyed. Lots of space and options for sleeping many people. Thank you for clear check in and check out process and directions.

Property accommodation extremely poor
Publié le 21 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was not equipped for 10 people although it indicates 16. There were not enough towels and they were "motel 6" quality. The outdoor garbage cans smelled so bad they made you want to vomit. There were no bathmats (I have never stayed in a place w/o mats - I am 70 yrs old). They advertise six decks, but there was no comfortable furniture. There was construction: noisy & blocking the view. No tissues. Poor quality toilet paper & paper towels & not enough. No hand soap or cups for the bathrooms. Very unhappy.

Hello future happy guest, It’s very important to us that each and every guest has a perfect experience at our properties, please do not be deceived by this review. This review is very perplexing, guest arrived with no issues and enjoyed their 9 day stay. As they were checking out to our surprise she noted that she thought the property was not equipped for 16 people, after seeing that we performed a full inventory inspection and we found full place settings in the kitchen for 24 people, 16 towels, 16 hand towels and 12 wash cloths. In addition to that our provided laundry pods, dish pods, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags that were also available. We found that they missed available supplies that were easily fond in the downstairs bathroom linen closet and they missed many place setting in the kitchen that was located in the large island. This property if very large and have hosted groups of 20 with amazing 5-Star reviews. This guest checked in on a Sunday and the trash was picked up per the normal city schedule Monday morning. If there was anything that smelled in the trash, keep in mind outside far behind the garage, it was quickly removed within hours. We have amazing and comfortable furniture across our six beautiful wraparound decks to enjoy the amazing beach and water views, in fact we are the only property in the area with a unique 4 floor Light House to enjoy. The deck furniture is pictured In the listing exactly as they are at the property with perfect accuracy, please review for your liking. Given the value and how nice the beach is in front of the property the city is upgrading and expanding the wonderful sidewalk and boardwalk in the area, all future guests will thoroughly enjoy the upgrades! This guest was informed of the construction that did not impact the beach before the stay and she noted no concerns. Paper products etc… are supplied and available to our guests and the listing notes that they are available and the quantity. Guests can of course contact us if there is anything needed, it would be our pleasure to help! As noted we heard nothing from this guest until they checked out after their 9 day stay. It’s very important to us that every guest has a perfect experience! At the time of writing this response we have over 200 overly positive and perfect 5 Star Reviews (adding up across multiple rental platforms) for this wonderful Beach Home, not many properties in the area boasts that level of quality performance for our guests. Great Family Vacation

Perfect getaway

From the beginning to end the owner was very responsive to any and all messages. The house had more than enough room for our large family. We all enjoyed the beach and boardwalk! We will definitely be back.

Great house, great location!
Publié le 16 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and size of the Corner Beach House! We had a large group and we didn’t feel crowded at all. Steve was very helpful with suggestions on what to do, and answered any questions we had immediately. We spent our days on the beach directly in front of the house, which also was not crowded. We liked that there wasn’t huge waves since we had little kids with us. For food, we grocery shopped at the Acme over the bridge in Brigantine, which was a 10 minute drive. We also ordered delivery two nights. We walked 5 minutes to the Back Bay Ale house in Gardners Basin, which was very close and the food was excellent. One night we got daring and walked the boardwalk all the way down to Ocean Casino, which was less than a mile walk. So although it was a bit far from the casino strip it isn’t a hassle to get there. If staying in AC, I would recommend booking the Corner Beach House!

Yes Gardners Basin that is less than a 10-minute WALK from the Corner Beach House is a lot of fun! Great House Great Host

We stayed over 4th of July holiday and many of the neighbors around were very rowdy and loud into all hours of the night. It wasn’t ideal for small children being in such an active neighborhood. Otherwise the experience and stay was great!

The Corner Beach House is at a wonderful beach and there was a little more than normal this year enjoying the beach on the 4th of July holiday. It was just the holiday, normally it is a quiet beach. That being said please let us know if it’s ever noisy past 10pm (when the city noise ordinance starts), I can easily call the authorities and thy will put a stop to it quickly!
