The kitchen setup was fine, with plenty of healthy breakfast foods. However, my disappointment was with the smell in the room. I had to ask several times for some disinfectant spray to kill the odor that it did not kill. This was room 114

I’m staying next door from now on.

Entire floor smelled like marijuana. Loud people in the hallways. Check in clerk was not very pleasant. Next time I’m staying at the hotel next door. It seems to have less issues.

Comfortable stay

Check in was easy, the hotel was very clean their beds were very comfortable, but there was a problem with the gas line when we arrived the hotel smelled completely of natural gas!! The police and fire trucks and Gas company were called out!! Overall stay 8/10

When we arrived hotel was unable to get our reservation to complete for unknown reasons between Expedia and their system. I downloaded the Expedia app in my phone then for whatever reason it now "went through". Bad thing we had booked double queen beds ( only thing they had left was king bed. Grandson had to sleep ion a chaise style chair in the room. All worked out.

Something that was valuable for me was the customer service. I called ahead and requested an early check-in. The lady up front had my agreement and key card prepared before my arrival. My check-in was quick and i was able to attend a scheduled event on time.

So the front desk woman Shay was not friendly! Pool was closed and NO notification and my children want to swim so I booked a hotel with a pool. The Room was not clean there was Hair ties left out from previous guest. The fan in the bathroom was broken and made a really loud sound.
