Thank you for the feedback, but it shows you were never a guest at the hotel, our records indicate you were a no-show. I spoke with you on the phone and explained we are unable to cancel any 3rd party reservations and I let you know there would be a charge if the reservation was not canceled before end of day.

Staff were excellent and friendly. The rooms are below average. Half the parking lot is submerged in mud and water. Its not the most "family friendly" environment.

Quieter than most Atoka hotels but not much else

The check in clerk was high on something - the room had not been vacuumed - the bed sheets were seriously wrinkled - the was a gap between the door and the doorframe - the toilet seat was so old that the paint was worn off - seriously outdated - I had stayed there about 20 years ago when it was a best western and absolutely nothing was changed as far as decor. Dirty grout and dirt on tile baseboards.

Lamp shades need updating falling apart dirty, concert falling apart on staits and walk ways, 2nd floor. Toilet ran all night, fixed it, lol should charge for that.

Dirty room, great service.

I checked in pretty late and was exhausted when I got here so we went straight to sleep. but when we woke up and were getting ready for the day we noticed that the room was pretty disgusting. The beds appeared to be cleaned but every other surface in the whole room was very dirty.
