This newly built townhome is centrally located, minutes from Auburn University (2.5 miles), Tiger Town Shopping Center (3 miles), the Auburn Mall (1.5 miles), restaurants, and much more! Easy on/off access to Interstate 85.

This delightful 3-bedroom townhome is perfect for your escape to Auburn. With its charming decor and peaceful ambiance, it's the ideal retreat for guests in town to celebrate their favorite Tiger, competing in a tournament or seeking a relaxing getaway. The bedrooms feature two comfortable king bedrooms and double queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The property also offers two living rooms for socializing, providing additional space for relaxation. The Kitchen - We have fully stocked the kitchen with a wide assortment of appliances and cooking supplies. This includes a generous selection of utensils, dishes, glass & barware. Air fryer, crockpot, toaster, mixer, pots, pans serving bowls, trays, and much more! Love Coffee? We offer K-Cup, drip and French press coffee makers, as well as coffee supplies.

The Living Room - Plenty of comfortable seating and a large 65 inch smart TV. The Dining Room - Large dining room table with plenty of seating. Media/Game Room - This room is a great room to watch movies or play board games. The futon/sofa converts to a bed.

Bedrooms & Baths - This home can comfortably sleep 9 with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 sofa bed.

Master Bedroom (Downstairs) - Includes a King bed, 43 inch smart TV and walk-in closet. Master Bath - The master bath is located in the master-suite and is stocked with plenty of clean towels. for guests. Downstairs Half-Bath - Perfect for guests, stocked with towels and hand soap. Upstairs Bedroom 1 - This bedroom includes two very comfortable Queen-size beds. Upstairs Bedroom 2 - Beautiful King bed. We had the best stay at Aubies Favorite Place. It was close to campus & had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We were there over thanksgiving and it was perfect. It was extremely clean, which is very important to me. We had our dog and loved that there was a park right next to it where we could walk her. We will definitely stay here in the future when visiting Auburn!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we absolutely love it! The hosts stayed in touch and responded within minutes to emails. We absolutely loved this property!! We were visiting our son for parents weekend and loved having extra space, and love this neighborhood. It’s an easy 5 minute drive to campus, very well stocked and has everything we needed for a fabulous weekend! Excellent Host

Family of 5 plus our small dog stayed for Easter weekend. Elizabeth and Ed were kind enough to allow us a late check out so we could go to church and eat lunch without being rushed. Plenty of room to hang out with family, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. 10 min drive to Auburn’s campus. Highly recommend!

Excellent Game Weekend Experience

Great location for driving into Auburn, easy access into and out of town. Easy to get to AU Stadium on game day. Hosts did an excellent job communicating and making us feel welcome. Beautiful home that was very relaxing and comfortable. 10/10. Highly recommend!

This house is absolutely breathtaking! The hostess was so easy to talk to from the first encounter to the last with a true southern hospitality feel! There were several little amenities in the house that made it feel extra nice and special. This house is the complete package!
