This property is a light at the end of a chaotic week of accommodation. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit auckland. Price, convenience utilities absolutely perfect. The only thing missing was a hair dryer but I may have missed that. Everything was to perfection even the coconut oil soap. My fav.

The apartment was spacious and clean, staff was friendly, the location was quiet and the parking was easy. Would recommend.

OK apartment hotel in an OK area
Publié le 28 févr. 2024 sur HotelsA relatively new modern apartment in an old town Birkenhead centre, with coffee shops restaurants and shoppings surrounding, partial sea view from terrace. Issues are 1. Main bedroom doesn’t have enough light, both bathrooms don’t have windows, overall the rooms are not bright enough; 2. Sofa, chairs surface have stain; 3. limited kitchen supplies.

Hi AnonymousDifficult to ascertain and address the issues of sofa/chair stains - however, dont know of many high rise Apartments that have windows - rather, extracotr fans are common. The lighting issue has never been a problem EXCEPT more under cabinetry lighting in the kitchen as a suggestion. The kitchen supplies are basic and standardised across all Apartments - however, a quick stop into Reception may have alleviated the kitchen equipment issue.
