The property itself was quite nice and spacious. It was noisy due to planes flying over throughout the night and early morning. The street was fairly small and had a lot of parked cars on both sides of the road, so additional parking was limited. There were no nearby restaurants within walking distance. Checkin was very impersonal and not so easy especially since there was nowhere to park initially. We arrived just after 8:30 pm from Australia with 4 small children so the rudeness of the intercom reception person was not appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry this does not meet you expectations however I need to clarify a couple of your comments. Our check in is from 3:00pm to 8:00pm and after that a self check in system operates. This is well communicated prior to your arrival on several messages and your check in message both here on the app on to your mobile. It is easy as. Fill in the check in from - just like an airline - then arrive at the property and stand in front of the key box and key the code in and hey presto your room locker opens - easy as. I am not sure why this was an issue. There is over 40 food places and restaurants within a 7-15 minute drive - literally piles and choose your cuisine. You can walk along the walkway to the community shopping centre which is a 20 min walk where there are two supermakets and 5-10 restaurants. I am sorry the person was not communicating to you however you spoke to the security on the intercom - not the business. I think you have had some bad assumptions or advice. Good luck on future travels

It was a very nice and unique property. However, our rooms floor carpet was heavily stained and dirty. House was clean, but other guests did not respect the after hours quiet policy and kept us awake until late hours, so difficult to sleep with a shared space. In addition, the manager was emailing us that our booking changed and had a glitch and we were not able to cancel as we got notified a day after the cancellation period. Overall, it’s a good space for a group and a unique booking, but I would not book again under the same circumstances as communication was difficult and poor.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry this was not a great experience. I am confused by some of the response as it does not make sense about the booking. Our communication is something that people love and we generally respond the same day. In fact it is often mentioned in reviews. Hope you had safe travels.

Thanks for the stay and nice feedback. There are hairdryers in all our rooms and properties (unless a guest has take it with them). If missing we always have a spare one
