Liked the club room access-excellent option with parking option. On arrival could have been more pleasant and departure could would have be nice ton have asked how our stay was… as we had a couple of minor issues. Water draining out of bath with plug in etc. An idea…Gluten free option for breakfast buffet would be nice to have at least one -in the bread or cereal option..and labels of what some of the foods are on offer…ie yoghurts. Greek? Plain? Berry?? Fruit?? Overall we Loved our stay and love the cleanliness and facilities of the grand millennium. Have now stayed a few times and will definitely return. Thank you 😊

The hotel is clean and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and the service was great. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The lever to change from bath to shower was not working, which meant we had water all over the floor at one stage.

It was a good & nice hotel for the location & price point. Quiet & conveniently located. The only bad thing is you cannot set the temperature on the thermostat in your room; It only allows ‘cool’ & ‘warm’ and ‘Lo’ & ‘Hi’ or ‘Fan.’ I wanted it warmer (25 to 27 Celsius) because it was still cold in Aug’25 in N.Z.
