Was a nice clean room, albeit on the small side. Watching TV gave you a sore neck as chairs were close and TV mounted high. Would have preferred an open space not a separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable and clean as mentioned. Staff were very pleasant and location great for Spark Arena as we were seeing a show there.

This hotel is new and lovely. Kitchen with dishwasher and full washer and dryer is heaven. Easy walk up the hill to tons of restaurants and coffee shops. FYI you can use the bottom floor back entrance and skip walking the hill and use the elevator. You learn quickly. Easy bus acccesss from hotel to get to cute other neighborhoods. Overall we enjoyed walking a lot. Woolworth grocery store not crazy close but easy 15 min walk. Highly recommend. Bed very comfortable and shower terrific. A+

The Hotel itself is very well presented and in a very handy location. Very walkable to the Parnell bars and cafes and also only a 10 minute stroll from Spark Arena. The room itself was modern. As bd fresh with all the amenities required for a carefree short stay. Our parking was free as it was a weekend. We will most certainly be staying here again on our next city break.

The room had little room for storing suitcases, there were 3 large beams taking up space, one going across the window, bathroom had no spot for storing anything though shower was very small the water pressure was excellent

The room was clean, however, the room was very very tight and looked out onto a public balcony for the floor. So, it was a little unfortunate of a view, and we had to keep our blinds shut at all times. But, for a short stay was not bad.

I enjoyed this hotel. It appear to be newly built and very quiet location. I would say it’s perfect if you have a vehicle, but a bit far if you want to walk anywhere. I stayed in a room the was apartment style. I had a great view and room and kitchen were clean.
