Other Things to Note:

We have limited on-site parking for rent. Please check the availability with us in advance. The height limit is about 1.7M, , only suitable for small-medium sized car.



The amenities like toilet paper rolls, rubbish bags, dishwasher/laundry capsules… were provided as a welcome package. After using all of them, the guests need to buy some more by themselves depending on their usage. We appreciate your understanding!



This is a well-maintained older apartment that undergoes professional cleaning after each guest check out. While we take good pride in its upkeep, please kindly note that some signs of natural wear and tears are present, rather than the feel of a newly built modern apartment, it won't show on the listing photos, please consider before book it thank you.
