This property should be listed as a boarding room. The details do not reflect the type of accommodation it is. I did not realise I would be staying in a room in a family's house! I was not shown the common areas but I am picking the microwave and refrigerator were the ones in the family kitchen! At $100.00 it was a complete rip-off. This place needs to be re-listed. Saying things like, "There are 5 restaurants and 6 coffee shops/cafes on site. You can unwind with a drink at one of the 3 bars/lounges" is a flat out lie. Do better

I could not stay the night and booked into another so was left very out of pocket. Did not realized it was just a room in a families house that couldnt ve securely licked, had family members cloths in the cupboard and carpet hadnt even ben vacuumed. Not at all what i expected to be sold on a website such as wotif that i had used for years as a trusted site. I did not feel safe and my anxiety and gut told me i had to leave. Not ok wotif. Was what i would expect to be allowrd to be sold on your website

Overall had a good stay, Didn’t like the parking I don’t like it when other people had to drive my car to be able to drive their car out of the parking. The parking access is to small for all the cars.

Unfortunately parking is a problem anywhere in Auckland, but perhaps not at five star places. We do endeavour to provide parking for all our guests to the best of our ability and have to allow for guests leaving earlier than others. You are welcome to move your vehicle yourself and are still welcome here anytime.
