Really appreciated getting my room serviced but often my rubbish was not taken or my floors swept in the bathroom. I was also not given clean cutlery and used all my dishwashing liquid so I was unable to wash and reuse for my last couple days.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. Everything was so up to par from room service to dining experience. Waking up to a lake view and rising sun which brought in warmth just made my mornings better. The bathroom door would not secure on its own, we had to place the trash bin aginst it to keep it closed. The shower had writing on the glass as if it was not cleaned from the prior guests. There was also water in the kettle from the previous guests.
