During the early morning hours, roughly 2 am to 6 am, there is no cold water available!!!! There is hot, hot water when you turn shower handle to either the cold or hot!!! I'm talking so hot you can't even stand under it!!! The desk clerk finally let me go down to the first floor, basically under the room I was already in on the second floor, and again, the water was so freaking hot, you couldn't use the shower!! Also, the water in the bathroom sink, kitchen sink and toilet were very, very warm!!

They were not able to find our reservation made through Expedia. We had no sheets for the fold out bed, not enough towels or coffee. Our reservation was made for 4 people in the suite, but it was set up for 2-3 people. Front desk couldn't help us with these issues right away due to low staffing.

I discovered that zoom was not working on the Wi-Fi even though I had signed in as a Hilton honors member. An error message came up that either there was a firewall or insufficient signal I believe. So I went down to the front desk and was told that there was a little slip of paper in the Envelope with my key card that gave the phone number of someone to call for help with this. Needless to say, it shouldn’t be the responsibility of the customer to solve this problem. Another staff explained that they had no one to help. They pointed out that the router was in the ceiling, just in front of the front desk And that you could get signal there. Well, I was going to have a private Zoom session with a patient. I am a mental health therapist so needless to say I wasn’t going to conduct it from the lobby of the hotel. I guess it is a sign of the times that there isn’t either sufficient Wi-Fi or staff to manage these issues.

Great hotel & comfortable rooms. Evening front desk clerk was always super helpful and attentive Al thought the last day we encounter and issue with the front desk clerk, and older gentlemen. We have requested something the night before. We were told it won’t be a problem. I even see how they took note of it for the morning shift and in the morning they said no and totally dismiss the fact that other staff had said yes. It was not a big or crazy request so that kind of ruined our last day.

My room was extremely dirty. There was empty wrappers around the corners of the room, behind the couch and kitchen. The lamp had trash in it, as well as very dusty. The bill out sofa bed was badly stained and rip. Also there was a foul ordor in the room that wouldn't leave even after trying to air it out. The shower had no body wash and when i requested from guest services it took them over a hour to come. After 30 minutes of waiting i drove about 7 minutes to Target to buy some. I would never ever stay there again.

Very welcoming!! The gentleman at check-in was an excellent person to greet guests. The place was very clean , and just a good vibes. The room ( we had a suite ) was a perfect setup. Great walk-in shower.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was nice. The gym was fairly adequate. I wished they had more up to date equipment. I didn’t try the pool so I don’t know. Staff was professional. I liked that they had a social event on Wednesday night with free alcohol, very nice gesture.
