This spacious and immaculately-detailed condo easily sleeps 8, on the quiet 3rd floor at The Lodge at Giants Ridge Golf & Ski Resort--a year-round family vacation destination. Ideal location at the bottom of the ski hill and adjacent to the championship golf course, The Legend, and just a few miles from The Quarry.

The Lodge at Giants Ridge Golf & Ski Resort is a year-round family vacation destination. It is an ideal location at the bottom of the ski hill and adjacent to the championship golf course, The Legend, and just a few miles from The Quarry. The Lodge offers Neighbor`s BBQ Company & bar (featured on America`s Best Restaurants), Aveda spa, indoor pool and hot tub, exercise gym, arcade, huge outdoor decks, and a fire pit. There is a business office, meeting and event spaces, and high speed internet. The Lodge is on the Mesabi bike trail, which extends from the Mississippi River to the Boundary Waters. The Mountain Bike Park is the largest lift-serviced bike park in the Midwest. There are countless miles of nearby trails for walking, hiking, biking, nordic/cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and ATV/UTV/4-wheeler fanatics. There are several gorgeous lakes within minutes of The Lodge, for water sports, boating/pontooning, and fishing/ice fishing, including Sabin, Wynne, and Embarrass Lakes.

You will have access to the all areas and amenities at the Lodge, including the pool, exercise room, gift shop and sundry, lobby/gathering area, business office, arcade, Neighbor`s BBQ Company, and the huge deck facing the ski slopes. There will be a key provided for access to the pool/hot tub area and exercise room, as those are locked.

I strive to make sure that my guests have everything they need to have a fantastic stay! Though I do not live near the condo, I am extremely responsive to questions/texts, and I will do whatever I can to assist you. If a situation is more urgent, I will reach out to my associates in the area to assist, as able. You certainly can also ask for assistance at the front desk!

Recreational activities in the Spring/Summer/Fall include: Golfing at the pristine and award-winning Legend and Quarry championship golf courses, as well as The Wilderness at Fortune Bay, just 30 minutes away; hundreds of miles of ATV/off-roading trails and the Iron Range Off-Highway Vehicle State Recreation Park; boating/fishing, kayaking and canoeing on breathtakingly beautiful lakes; a 32-foot climbing wall with 6 auto-belay climbing lanes; one of the longest and most challenging disc golfing courses in Minnesota; miles of hiking and walking trails for all ages and ability levels; 8 gravity-flow mountain biking trails with lift-assist to the top (Fridays through Sundays), over 10 miles of cross-country single track mountain biking trails; and over 135 miles of road biking on the historic Mesabi Trail. For the kiddos, there is a playground located between The Lodge and the Giants Ridge Chalet. There is plenty of room for ATV/UTV trailer parking in the enormous parking lot at The Lodge.

Winter enthusiasts will fall in love with alpine/nordic skiing & snowboarding on 35 downhill runs, serviced by 6 lifts; snow tubing (on select weekends); 40 miles of groomed cross country ski trails; fat tire biking (if conditions permit); hundreds of miles of snowmobiling trails; 5 snowshoeing trails; and ice fishing on the nearby lakes. Skis, snowboards, snowshoes, and fat tire bikes are available for rent at the Giants Ridge Chalet. Ski and board lessons are also available. Plenty of space is available in the parking lot for snowmobile trailers.
We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! To ensure everyone has an amazing experience, here are a few simple guidelines.

1. In compliance with local laws and regulations, no parties or extra guests are allowed. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

2. For the health and comfort of all our guests, no smoking is allowed indoors. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any smoking in the home, regardless of any damages.

3. In compliance with local regulations and for the comfort of our neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced past 10 pm.

4. While we strive to ensure all amenities are available during your stay, mechanical issues can occasionally occur, and we always do our very best to remedy them as quickly as possible. Please report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly. Rest assured that all of our amenities are well maintained and are fully functioning more than 99% of the time!
