The hotel is beautiful! The staff is one of the friendliest I have ever stayed at, so thoughtful and accomadating! The view of Lady Bird Lake was fantastic, the room was a bit small but efficient. Rofftop bar bar lovely. Lobbyist Bar was amazing and took the best care of me and about 50 of my friends! Highly recommend!!

Avoid this hotel. Charge hidden ‘Destination Fees’ upon checkout that you cannot opt out of and are not clearly stated upfront and not included in the price you will pay when you book. Have been unable to get any staff to explain what these fees are for. Terrible service and even the hotel itself is not worth the cost - very average for the price and plenty of better hotels in Austin in this price range.
