Not the Greatest

The hotel is located in a central location and has adequate parking. I found the room clean and appointed well enough. There are two issues I had: the noise which I know they are aware of. So, rather than post something near the elevator which i didn’t see until later on during my stay, they should have said it directly to me when i checked in and, better yet, include it in the hotel description or confirmation. The second issue is they asked me if i wanted them to service the room. They did the first day, but not the second day. On my way out to dinner I pointed this out and asked to have the room serviced only to return and still find it not cleaned.

One of my best hotel stays that were under 5 stars. Customer service was excellent! The amenities were in good condition, property was clean and my room was nice and clean. My family and I will definitely be back and I hope to get the same reaction. Seeing I’ll be visiting often cause my daughter is going to school in Austin. Thank you for a great stay
